ATHL Return & Exchange Policy 

At ATHL, we are committed to delivering high-performance gear built for athletes. Every product goes through strict quality checks to ensure durability, comfort, and performance.

While we maintain high standards, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. Our policy is designed to keep the process fair, transparent, and efficient.

Eligible for Return (7 Days)

The following products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery:

  • Compression T-Shirts
  • Knee Braces

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and usage considerations, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Socks
  • Compression Shorts

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products showing signs of use (stretching, sweat, odor, damage) will not be accepted

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Clear images
    • Full unboxing video (mandatory)

This helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly.

Return Request Process

  1. Submit a return request via our return form
  2. Our team will review your request
  3. If approved, pickup will be arranged
  4. Product undergoes quality check after pickup

Resolution Options

If your return is approved after inspection:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Store Credit / Refund (processed to original payment method)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Eligible Cases

The following are not considered valid for return or exchange:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use, washing, or handling
  • Requests raised after the 7-day window

Shipping

  • For approved defective products, ATHL will cover return shipping
  • For standard returns, shipping may be chargeable (if applicable)

Final Decision

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team. ATHL reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
